Ben is ARC Investing’s real estate attorney, covering all of ARC’s legal requirements for their acquisitions, sales, leasing, management, financing, and project developments.
A licensed real estate broker, Ben prides himself on bringing real-world experience and communication skills to the table. He has originated, underwritten, or consulted on thousands of mortgage loans and real property transactions throughout Texas.
Ben is board certified in residential and commercial real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is licensed to practice before state courts in Texas, the US Tax Court, and the United States District Court – Western District.
He is also a member of the Austin Bar Association (Board of Directors, Real Estate Section, 2014 to Present), and the Planning Committee: Austin Bar Association Land Development Seminar, 2015 to present.
